Why Cookie Dough Protein Balls Are My Go-To Healthy Snack

Let’s be real—finding a snack that’s both healthy and satisfying can feel like a challenge. But for me, cookie dough protein balls have become a staple. They’re packed with protein, made with clean ingredients, and, best of all, taste like an indulgent treat.

I love that they’re quick to make, easy to grab, and loaded with nutrients that keep me fueled throughout the day. Whether I need a mid-morning boost, a post-workout bite, or something to curb my sweet tooth without the sugar crash, these little bites do the trick.

My favorite recipe includes nut butter, vanilla protein powder (from Arbonne of course), a touch of honey or maple syrup, and mini dark chocolate chips for that cookie dough magic. Mix, roll, chill—done. No baking, no fuss. Just a healthy, delicious snack that actually keeps me full.
