Welcome! I’m here to help women like you feel strong, confident, and energized—without spending hours at the gym. After nearly two decades in health and fitness, I moved online to make fitness more accessible for busy women like myself. As a mom and entrepreneur, I get how hard it is to prioritize health while juggling family, work, and life. That’s why I created The Body Love Project—a program that helps you feel great in your body, no matter how crazy life gets.
When I became a mom to my daughter, Milani, I realized I needed a way to stay healthy without long workouts. So, I started doing quick, spicy home workouts that kept me feeling amazing, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
